Clara... her reaction didn't seem to quite match up to her questioning in the first half of the story. Maybe her unresolved crush (that's what I got from it, not sure if I'm right though) was a little unnecessary. I don't think it would be unreasonable for her to ask after Charlie even without unresolved feelings for him.
