I like this poem, it has alot of feeling in it that I've felt myself. I hate it when your trying to sleep and all you can feel is paranoid. I like the formatting too.

very choppy, but that style fits in good with the poem. i also like how you used italics, it gives it more...feeling, i suppose. actually i didn't know what to say about it, but it doesn't matter, i hear it in my head. very good poem,
