Wow, powerful poem. The image of the path of glass shards is great, and you have expanded it very well. The repetitions of the word field "crystalline/ glass" and "blood" creates a very sad and dark, painful haunting atmosphere. I like the poem.

So beautiful!

I liked the lines:

Nothing ever follows on the lonely crystal path / Only an over darkened shadow and an endless trail of crimson blood / Forever flowing out of a body broken, a heart ripped apart / A soul left to die.

and:

Spraying the darkened air with the shards as sharp as lovers lies.

Those were really beautiful. Well the whole poem was, but whatever! _
