I like the way you've worked the rhyming in this poem; it's almost unnoticeable until one starts to think about it, flowing easily in with the atmosphere and the rhythm of the words. It makes me think of song lyrics.

Just one thought, though: "And the only things left - Is silence, doubt, and fear..." Perhaps 'are' would fit better at the start of the line than 'is'.

Simple, clean-cut, and all-around a good piece.
