I'm not sure I understand much of this, but I have to say the various visual images are startling. Especially "the whisperings of others," "knocking at my door," "hide behind this disguise," "through the door," and so on. The most powerful one, though, was the whole skeletons in the closet bit-it was like remembering an old horror movie.

I can really relate to this, I've been there many times. Its a great poem, even if some people might not like the swearing.
