Hey Kohikari! I'm not normally one for writing poetry but I do love it and this poem is no exception. The mood of this poem is so similar to mine some days that it hurts. Great job and keep up the good work!

Now that was nice. I've always been a fan of well-written, kind of stream-of-consciousness stuff, and this really fit the bill. It shows how just a few words, when handled deftly, can convey a wealth of emotion. I think I say this about all of your work, but it's very evocative. You have a real to channel feelings through words in a way that the reader can really feel them... And your imagery here is awesome, powerful. And I like the repetition of those two lines, it works well. Wonderful, keep writing!

o, i like this poem. the repitition of the lines "awake, yearning for sleep/alive, yearning for death" were really nice. I can relate to this so well, and it seems that a lot of people would be able to. There's ton of emotion wrapped up into it. Nice job

Far out methinks, I now thats an archaic phrase now but sometimes you just gotta say it methinks.You said you wrote this when you were half asleep? Well maybe you should always write when your half asleep, hehe, and also I hope this isn't based off of personal feelings, but if it is Ihope things get better for you^-^
