I like the way each character is named. Like a play. The layout looks intriguing, interesting and unusual. I love the way you've put in sounds, it's almost like a foreign (but not so foreign) language. My favourite line is '-fizz… offered the cymbal.' I don't know why, it just seems really humorous. Love it.

Such an intriguing style. I haven't read Langston Hughes in quite some time; this gives me initiative to read his work again. I love the use of repetition, both subtle and the more obvious. Nicely written!

Wow, that was so interesting, I loved it! You are deffinately one of the most original writters I have read from, and one of the most talented. This is such an upbeat, sharp-worded poem with brilliant voice and word discriptions. Thank you for your flattering and encouraging reviews, you are such an amazing and skilled writter and I'm in awe that you're even taking the time to read my silly little poems and stories. Thank you.

Escapist 2005-05-15 . chapter 1
"The Tuesday drummer sipped the air/meowed a deep coffee sigh" &"Ooh, aah… they swooned. Money?/ Copyright."

Ah, incredible. I loved it. And I like the "Poet" before "the Next Puff Daddy," right where it is.

I also haven't seen any Hughes, but there was nothing about the feeling and description in this poem that I didn't like. I'd slap it on my favorite stories list if I wasn't so committed to never putting anything there.
