'Twas a bit difficult to understand some of the terms you used, but I find that intriguing; not a bad thing at all. For some reason, the way this is written reminds me of a movie called The Fifth Element. The last three or so paragraphs must be the climax of the story--an interesting twist in plot, nothing I was expecting in the slightest. Nice imagery, enough detail to hold interest and give a fair portrayal of surroundings, but not so much as to make the story seem drawn out. So nice balance of imagery is what I mean, I suppose.
