This poem flows nicely, and I find I can relate to it very well. Beautiful.

yet again your emotions are so clear through your words,the end was particularly effectivegood job.

In a way it was a good poem, but I cna't help but think that this person is holding on too tightly and that they could end up loosing this person for good. Sometimes its better to let go and see them happy. But overall a very good poem with a nice flow.
