Alright...I have to admit, I was searching for something to connect this to what I know of the land and all, and to be honest I wasn't really worried when I didn't see much. It's a great piece, just long enough to have flesh to it, just short enough to keep the reader's attention...and just good enough to fit in with the rest of what I've read of your work. Speaking of, I should be getting back to re-reading the end of The Ravens, but, well, I'm being lazy. I have read and enjoyed, I'm just...slow on reviews lately, lol.

-cough- I didn't realize you had put this up. It was wicked good. I really enjoyed it. I've probably said this a million times before, but you are so a way better writer then i'll ever be. Now if only I can get you to review An Assassin Forever. I did say it would updated in four days after i update chapter 9 and it has been. Forgive me, if I am at a loss for words. But your story is... well... your story is *insert most positive word you can possibly think of here*. You have flawless description, amazing character development, an introduction that caught my attention at the first sentence, and more. The only thing I saw that you might want to change was, "The sky didn’t seem quite as bright, as though the still-visible sun had gone behind a close, the warm summer day a bit cool." Is this a one-shot, or is there more? If there is more then please update soon. If not, then excellent work.

The presence of magic in your story seemed unnecessary. I appreciate that you wrote a story about fraternal love rather than romantic love; there aren't many of those.
