Wow. I get migranes too, and I couldn't have described it any better.

Some of the latter lines could be broken - they seem to long when read.

"malignantly begins to spread." - Interesting line. Almost remensiscent of a disease.

Nice poem, the ending rhyme scheme is a bith lengthy and flows a bit less then the former, but still a good poem. Descriptions of pain and the ultimate question of why god, if we are his children, would do something to hurt us. Good deeper meaning here.
