O.O Kryth really does have two completely different personas, doesn't he? But I'm smitten with both of them. There's his boyish, shy, loveable side, and then the imposing, chilling lord side who no one ever wants to mess with -mwa ha-. With good reason, of course.

And I adore the initial description of Kryth- how he's immaculate and cold, while his clothes billow about him like a "black ghost." *contented sigh* Besides that, it's rather amusing how much of a novelty Kryth and Raven are to the people around them. *laugh* As well, while their purpose in traveling was to help Raven, it seems that Kryth is improving, too! Excellent.

And now, because my brain has completely fallen out, I'll be silent with the customary urging for more updates! But again, I'll be patient.. and you whip these chapters out so fast, anyway...

Ugh, finally! I've been trying to review this chapter for the past 10 mintues.. but for some odd reason the review box simply -refused- to open. The same thing happened to me on Break of Dawn's chapter six. I'll have to go back and keep trying..

Anyway! Gosh, this was my favorite chapter so far.. Iriira and her evilness made me so gleeful when Kryth came to Raven's rescue. Oh, it was wonderful! And the desert people's black/blonde hair is very cool.. not to mention I loved the description of Iriira and her nails. There's nothing more despicable than a gorgious villian. -Mwa ha- But I really do love how intimidating Kryth is. Everyone fears him, yet Raven and Chance are the only characters who truly know the -real- Kryth. *glomps him*

Yes, I see lack of sleep has gone straight to my brain. So I do apologize if my reviews have been somewhat, er, chaotic and tinged with insanity. Ahem...

Even though I've just read the last four chapters.. I'm still not satisfied.. I must read more! Of course I'll be patient. I'll wait as long as needed for lovely Kryth and Raven. ^^;; (Where else will their travels take them in your wonderful world?)

*laugh* Yes, well, even though your chapters are short, and mine are ridiculous, you still update so often it's amazing. I'm still in awe!

Heh heh heh, Kryth the child molester. I suppose it would look fishy with him carting an unconciuos boy into his rooms, yes, indeed. Although, it's a good thing he's got a thick skin.. even though he's so sensitive beneath. *huggles him* He really sounded so very cute and peaceful when he was sleeping.. ^_^

And Raven was putting on a little bit of a show just so that he'd get to go south? He's a sly one... although he sounded pretty darn sick, anyway. Gaa, I must see what's next. More traveling.. where are they going?? What's going to happen..? Time to sate my curiousity!

Those two chapters were way too cute ^_^. What do the buildings look like here?

Yeah, so apparently my IM critiques don't count. So Mina gets to have herself publically humiliated here... well crap, she's gotten a lot better since I first started critiquing her with Ruby Shadows. Anyway, love the whole concept of the Second Landing. Chapter 31 sets up a much needed oppurtunity to further explore the Second Landing, since we've been somewhat restricted in what we could learn about it. Most of it was through word of mouth and less interaction, minus the few brief scenes in the beginning where Raven is still under Lord Olive's custody. You already know my pet peeve about tiny chapters, but this is your story to write and isn't necessarily considered "wrong" to do so. You also know how I felt about the protagonist and the antagonist falling in love. I kind of saw it coming, but that's all right. How you portrayed the love scene was masterfully done. Much as there were a few calls for an actual sex scene I think it would've devalued their love and made it harder for everyone to appreciate it. Even as a hetero guy I can still appreciate the love and the warmth of that scene. It made me... happy. Your writing has come a long way. Keep up the good work.

Waa, you update so fast I can't keep up!! Amazing, that's what it is. O.O You've no idea how embarrassed it makes me when I compare it to my own monthly updates (if that.. the longest gap was something like 4 months. Ah!) Still, I'm in awe. *groveling*

Oh, I loved these chapters.. and back in chap 26/27, I suspected Kryth had a justifiable reason for killing that awful criminal. ^__^ It's so reassuring to know he's not really as evil as his reputation. *snuggles him* And Raven's so good for him.. but now it looks like it's Kryths time to do the rescuing/comforting. I can't wait! And will they be traveling somewhere, after all? I hope they are.. I can't wait to see more of 'Gate to the Second Landing's' world.

Yes, yes, I'm very happy.. I got my make-up scene! *sigh* I thoroughly enjoyed it.

*sniffle* And once again.. I adore your descriptions. They're all so beautiful, both in the way you illustrate the setting and the characters. Especially the setting.. half the time it makes me want to drool. ^^;;

The more you talk about the Garden Fey, the more they sound like elves in a high fantasy setting, to me, anyway.

O.O For a moment there I thought the story was going to take a completely different direction. It'd be nice if we had more description of the world outside and the details of their lives outside of intergroup conflicts. Like, what kind of things does Kryth do as a ruler? Besides the slave market how do the lords and ladies interact? Kryth's justice giving seemed to come a little out of the blue for me. I thought, Oh, he does actually have responsibilities doesn't he? I definately liked the scene though. Weakness is all relative anyway. If you think they seem weak, then show some scenes where they kick ass ^_^. Keep up the good work!

for some reason, Chance doesn't seem one to blush. I know that is very little compared to the story, but for some reason, it moved away from what I saw as her character, and it made the scene a little awkward. sorry for the flaming of a little detail, but it was one of the things that just stuck out. if you have time, i'd appreciate it if you could r&r my stuff :), but if not thats ok...i love the storyline, totally hooked!

Whay do I have the feeling that Kryth would not be happy if you called him a cutie to his face. lol Anyway, yes they are cute. I love how there was almost a role-reversal, in the sense that Raven was the controlled one, the one to provide understanding, the rock, if you will.

Anyhoo, loved it ... and btw, I absolutely envy you for having enough inspiration to update everyday, if not twice a day.
