Very true. A sad and moving poem, the dhort lines and rhymes somehow fit the topic well in this instance. Sad and beautiful.

Wow. I'm not normally into rhyming poems, although I often rhyme my songs...but this is extremely elegant, you have a great sense of rhythmn and use your words wisely if you get what I mean. Keep up the good work, I think I'll be adding you to my favs.
