Another lovely poem. I especially liked "Day has come and left with grace/Measured with each rising crest" It's really very, very good. I could almost smell the sea, hear the waves lapping against the pier and see the golden rays of the sun glittering on the surface.

Hmm, this makes me think about Lord of the Rings and the elves sailing away into the west. I see by your penname that I might not be too far off the mark.

My only suggestion for this is changing "left" in the third line to "gone," just because I think it would sound prettier. But that's just my opinion. Keep up the good work!
