abuseI'm really tired, so I only scanned this poem, but I got so much out of it just from that. You're a brilliant writer, and I do *not* say that often. I've been writing for seven and half years and very rarely do I come across honest, raw, brilliant talent. I love your work. The allusions, the diction, the rhyming, the syntax, the imagery, everything. It all fits together so neatly and lovely. Wonderful stuff m'dear.

abuseReally, really beautiful and lushly imageryful...not a word, I know, but I choose to ignore that. I think I love this poem. A lot.

abuseI had read this poem close to about two weeks ago and liked it fairly well, but for some reason it stuck with me. It sort of makes me think of an epic poem... Not many poems stick with me so great job. I like it a lot ^^

abuseVery interesting view in this. Not what you'd expect from a poem about angels. Very unique in that. I liked the part about the east. Great wording, keep it up!

abuseVery good words. I like "dragon's bones" and the other far-off descriptions. Only problem; you don't well describe what an angel IS. The "typical" sort is here but nothing more.

abuseOh! Beautiful imagery; a really inspiring poem that flows like the wind as well. Stunning; the transitions work wonderfully. A peaceful, inspiring poem. It reminds me of the kind od poem that get included in books about meditation/inspiration/peace. Great work.

P.S. Thanks for the reviews, you reacted axactly as I wanted but also made some origianl interpretations as well. Glad you like!

abuseThis one is extravagent! The transitions between ideas is so smooth and the personification of the stars, moon, and wind were all gorgeous. I really loved this one. It let my mind create images and just take me away.

Also, thank you so much for the review you left on 'Number One' it meant so much me. When I first started writing poetry I was never going to let anyone read my work and kind of like keep them as my little secret. Even now I wasn't sure if my poetry would mean much of anything now that I let people read them, but after your review I felt like it really did mean something. I'm just so glad that you enjoy them.

abuseI got this picture of her sitting on the peak of Mt. Everest, just feeling the wind and getting all of these different images from all of those different places. Very nice job.

abuseWow. I love the way you have captured the feeling and culture of the corners of the earth and placed them here in a structured manner. The rymth of this poem is great, and the imagery created is also fantastic. Keep it up!xo - Acrobia

abuseHoly crap. This is the most elegant rhyming I've ever seen on this site. It's a really beautiful piece! So it rhymes in couplets, but -also- every two verses. The bold alternate was very effective.

It reminds me of what the Four Winds in Chinese Myths bring-- except this is more geographical-historical. I can imagine the Dynasties of the East, the fight for American Liberty in the West, the death of Dinosaurs at a pole, and the Last of the Mohicans-- savage tribes trying to preserve their culture even when invaders are hailing in.. This was an evoking piece left for the reader to see what they wanted to see, but in a controlled environment. Not -so- interpretable that it becomes ambiguous.

I don't have any corrections to make.

This was really beautiful, Brighteyes.

abusethis is very full of scenes. it is a combo of a medium, person tapping into the "collective unconscious", and the imagery i love from "The Neverending Story". don't i sound silly?!

abuseWow, beautiful. I am always in admiration of people who can do rhymes well, and you did them more than well here. Strong imagery, and very strong evocative power. I applaud this.

P.S: a little typo: "heros" should be "heroes"
