the subtle repetition seems quite a fitting, although i thought it was a LITTLE overdone. but, haha, this is nice work with good contrasts.

This poem really touched me because I have cosidered many of the things mentioned in this poem. I don't like what is happening in my life either, Sumi-chan. I think we all dislike some moment in our lives for whatever reason. For me it has been a mix of bullying, friends who've abandoned me, deaths in my faimly, divorce, and horrible nightmares due to stress. Though I sympathize with your predicatment and your friend. :( It makes me sad to know someone may indeed want to ACTUALLY commit to these, to become anorexic due to insecurities but I have done the same things. :( I hope life gets better for you Sumi-chan, you are too kind. You feel for others and for yourself, its a beautiful character you have Sumi. ^-^ *hugs* Never stop being the person you are. @-@ I sound like my mom. :P Deep and powerful poem, Sumi-chan! ^_^ Keep up the good work! :-)
