I thought this was good, very well written, each word seems completely thought out. I don't know if this was what you were on about (and quite frankly I don't care :-)) but the last lines reminded me of something I was reading about a journalist who'd talked to terrorists and realised that anybody would do the same in thier situation, and feeling nobody is listening is one of the key reasons behind it.
