I really love this poem...lol, there's no beating around the bush, it's really good! Each part held a lot of meaning.

I hate that feeling. Whether in friendship or love. When the other person isn't there as much as you or... it makes you feel ashamed or something. "Is this it? What we’ve become? Struggling for something we’ll never have?" Great lines. Good job.
