Do you mean that the person to whom you are directing your gaze is the sun? Either way, it's still very lovely. I think you wrote this very nicely.

i'm curious...if you don't want your friends to read this, then why'd you post it? as for the haiku, I don't think the first line really works with the second and third lines. How can you watch the sun rise, and gaze at someone at the same time? Unless the second and third lines are two different sentences, but if that's so then "Far away at you" doesn't really make sense. Keep working at it. -ADD
