Very nice story here. It starts off showing the changeling as a sympathetic entity, but it (or he rather)'s still a child.

I liked this story. It was a bit too short, and I think it has the potential to be fleshed out into something much greater. It needs more details. But the message it sends is great in my opinion. There were a couple of run on sentences in the first paragraph, but other than that it was great all around.

[lazy to login] that story was so sad.. but i liked the ending. so they all thought the kid was a changeling and a demon but the kid still believed in God... that's such a sweet thing.. i loved this.. but why does "a face so deformed and misshapen it was hardly a face" seem so FAMILIAR to me.. hmm.. maybe it is a line very much alike one in a CERTAIN movie...harharhar... That was so sad and beautiful at the same time. I especially loved how you gave the changeling his own identity and showed that he truly possessed a soul. I personally had always thought that changelings got the short end of the hockey stick, being sent away by the Other Folk and rejected by humanity.
