i like how what you put in brackets is not necessarily needed and sometimes understood already. it just emphasises what ever your saying.

Love it love it love it. " your capillaries", "caustic whirlwind", these are brilliant! And even though it is angst (not my favorite genre, either), it's still absolutely wonderful. Favorite authors list 1! Your work is exquisite.

This is a great poem. The metaphors you use are unique and stunning. The formatting is attention-grabbing and helps keep the rhythm of the poem. And, it has the feel of a stream-of-consciousness poem, which I love. Overall, I really liked this. Well done.
