Thanks for reviewing. I re-read it and see what you mean, but the guestion posed to the last answer is in the second to last stanza. Heh, I don't think that hard about it all when I'm writing. It just comes out as it comes.

wow. I absolutely love the use of the 2nd person here-in most cases I think it's awkward but in this piece it fits beautifully. the only thing that bothered me in this piece is that you have the subject answering a question at the beginning and at the end, but it's not the same question. now, I like both occurances but it seems to be a bit of a disconnect. All the commentary about writing is extremely accurate and I very much agree... this retains an air of mystery. well done.

this i can really relate too. words mean a lot to me; their meaning, their sound, how i feel when i say them. good job.
