Arnis . . . i took it in PE class in high school back in the philippines. I have the pair of sticks now framed and displayed in my room. ^_^

Cebu's a beautiful place, minus the pollution though. But heck, compare it to Manila, suffocating really.

BTW, i'm half Filipino (dad) half Chinese (mom), but we live in the US. Weird huh.

This is like a crossover of Philippine culture in manga style, cool concept, though it would help much if you further broaden your descriptions. Not many know the Philippines (my classmate in BU does not even know such country exist! see how sick it gets, they ought to know that there's more to the Philippines besides dirty politicians! the country's damn beautiful, especially Palawan and Boracay! . . . *off topic sorry*). As I have said, not many people know about the Philippines; therefore, it would be more interesting if you put more emphasis on the setting descriptions and adding elements that may not be known to others (like the sorbetes for example, or maybe try adding jeepneys, tricycles, and pedicabs) for a characteristic Philippine-atmosphere making your fic unique. The line deliveries are quite okay, not so much detail yet understandable.
