Hmm. I feel like I can relate to this poem quite a bit. It's strange how everything a certain person does can seem romantic, or kind, or perfect... perhaps there is a reason for it, perhaps not. There's no surefire way to find out aside from confrontation, or letting time tell all. You described this uncertainty very well. Nice work, and I loved the title, and how well it worked as the last line of the poem.
