I mean...to quote what I've said in the lest reveiw...wow.If you don't mind me saying so, though, the ending...Well, to me it would have been more dramatic if you had just ended it at "...The girl I used to know,Beautiful she was dead,I used to know a girl,Who I thought looked better in red..."It makes more of an impact on me...but hey, your poem. | backseats on thursdays 2005-07-15 ch 1, | So, what you have here, is an intricate poem, split in several ways... One, being the simple read thought. Two, simply reading the bold. And the third, reading down the italic. Amazing. How you showed a character, and through going over it more than once, the reader learns all the more -- what might even go as far as the be related to the well known "Read between the lines" phrase? |
