Wow, I'm overwhelmed by the imagery in this! I love how you take the power of the element of fire and relate it to a battle. Yet fire is not pure war, but it gives life, so you can smile when "friends are put to pyre," knowing that fire, though consumming their bodies, gives birth to their legends.
