Perhaps the word scizo comes to mind ... or the fact that you're just madly in love with your muse. And you liked someone else but did something to piss them off and then you wrote a story about your muse being angry with you. A muse sometimes equals a conscience. Hmm. Imagine that! This was somewhat emotional, but...rather confusing. The ending sentence where the 'I' person says "I've lived in my mind for too long" helps a bit, but not enough. Try to incorporate a little more exposition.
