I like this. They rhyming couplets really work for this poem. They don't take away from it and are subtle enough that it's not sing-songy. My favrourite lines were "I’ve chosen now to push away,

It doesn’t matter anyway.

I have said my last goodbye," They really stood out to me. Nice poem.
