Beautiful poem and nice message. The rhyming flows, and I enjoy how your poetry really brings out the truth about people. In reply to your author's note...once the year begins again I won't have time at all to read and review! But the relaxing days of summer...I like to dedicate them to doing what I love-reading and writing! Anyway, keep writing. God Bless, silent.

Very good poem, it flowed very well and the rhymes were nice. The message is clear and well-said: the colour of our skin shouldn't create disrespect, we're all equal. Good job!

i agree with the last reviewer, that line is a bit odd. a nice message and well written.

I prefer darker poems but I really liked this one. It made sense and the ryhming was good, but this part stood out:

"What I cannot understand isWhy our skin does matterWe’re all equal in God’s eyesAnd I prefer the latter"

It just seemed a little out of the place, the "and I prefer the latter" part that is. Look forward to more of your work :)
