Mirabella 2009-04-10 . chapter 1
This is lovely! I especialy like the first part and the reinforcing of the word hope through it all. Very effective.

One can assume a lot about your character by your short stories. I love them, simple, but that's as they should be. I am a very detailed person, but I enjoy reading things like this...it's relieving and soon I shall give your longer things a chance. I like the scenarios you pull together, then ifs, and the conclusions, and morals. I'm just busy today & wanted to see what you were made of. Heh.

Tragic, yet the word says all that this story tries to portray- that things can always get better, and keeping this in mind can save people from themselves.
Beautiful, in a forwarded Email sort of way.

Wow. Really powerful message. Beautifully written.
Nature's Glory 2007-07-12 . chapter 1
My opinions and thoughts on this short changed with each section, each section made the short feel differently.

1st: I was thinking that it was a remarkable article with a message that never seems to be remembered as often as it should.

2nd: I thought of the truth of this section, that this really does happen and how millions of tiny insignificant events effect millions of other lives.

3rd: Lastly, I saw the conclusion of this short, and I saw a strength in humanity in The One Word. But I also saw a weakness in The One Word - Faith, or rather, the lack thereof.

Casey, something like this is not a lesson to people. At least sometimes, lessons are remembered. This kind of thing human beings forget, I'm sorry to say. I fear to say that after reading this once, a person may remember it into next week, if they're LUCKY. I'll probably forget it. Hell, you've probably had days where you forgot you wrote this.

Anyway, my point is...well I don't really have a point I guess. Just making a statement really. I guess all I can say is I hope you can remember this for as long as possible.

You can't be sure what you said would happen would have. Nonetheless, it is a touching and cute article. You would make a good journalist as well as novelist.
