Joshua7 2005-08-16 . chapter 1
beautiful. excellent word choice, imagery, mixture of schemes. it captures a great, everlasting theme of the destructive power of pride. wonderful!

If you get a chance, could you explain to me how New Age, Protestant, Wilderness, Buddhism, and Neo-Paganism fit together? I'm really interested. Thanks, and great work, definately a favorite!

Well, where to begin? You style (as I've said earlier) is very decorative, in a byzantine church kinda way. This scares away a part of me. All the words of gold, sliver, marble, ebony and ivory make me feel like an isignificant **. But like any peice of work it needs be studied, and I suppose I should. Till then, I will submit an opinion of nothing. I have read your work, but I have not reviewed it.

I forgot to say that the Mantegnan Christ, refers to the famous portrait of Christ by the Italian painter Mantegna. A picture can be found at http://w.katapi.org.uk/ChristianFaith/DeadChrist.htm
