Reviews For: The Murder of Scarlett
Katterree Fengari 2005-10-15 . chapter 1
hm, nice imagery. "silver dagger" is a little too much.

I like "looking like a child’s plaything,"

"body/corpse" is kind of strange...

You're a terrific writer you know that? Poor little Scarlett. The images are so vivid. Very very very good. Onto my favorites you go!

I like how the rhyming alternates, sometimes only following approximately, while maintaining perfect rhythm. It's a cruel story, but beautiful in its telling. Bravo.

that is so haunting and morbid. really dark and chilling, which kind of contrasts to the pretty young scarlett.

My gosh. Good imagery, although this genre of poetry isn't really my cup of tea. I took some time figuring out what "scarlett's namesake" meant, but after I'd figured it out I thought it was a really good metaphor. Keep up the good work! :)
