I don't know exactly what it is, but I get such a vivid sense of picture and images from your story-I guess it's a mixture of detailed, rich description, as well as your whole style seems to be action while you describe, if that makes any sense. You never just tell, and I like that a lot. This was a good chapter, some emotion, and though short, informative. Very nice.

Another intense chapter, I loved the description at the end and how it was like she won even though she died-you have great description again. It would make it easier to read if you spaced things out a little more. Also, each time someone different speaks, you should have a new line of dialogue. Lady Silverbreaker-interesting name. The musing in the beginning was nice touch, esp. the part about the fire being consuming, in terms of relations. Very nice.

Oh, I love this beginning. The style is so rich, and you have so much description and imagery, it makes you feel like your watching it from just inches away. Intriguing...I'd love to read more. Update soon please:)
