Reviews For: The Dark and its Light

ch 1,
abuseOkay, I said I'm going to review when I'm in mood, so I guess I better do it now before I totally forget all about it. This is what I thought. The poem is about someone like you, obviously, who is a little of a loner, yet gets along well with the others. You make friends, but you don't really depend on them that much. You are also not desperate for anyone's friendship. And I don't really think loneliness bothers you that much.

In your opinion, the world is not such a wonderful place like what is in the fairytale. You don't trust easily, and seem to appear emotionless and cold. But the truth is, you have all those feelings just like every other human on this planet. Unfortunately, you don't really seem to be able to express it too well, or maybe you just don't feel the need to express yourself as you don't really trust the world.

Then, I think something has happened, that sort of soften the wall you have built around yourself. You are probably trying to reach out for someone, but something held you back because you are so used to not trusting people. You are hesitating whether you should just follow your instinct or rule it out with what you have always believe in, which in never trust someone too much. And you hated the fact that someone, or something can make you change your mind about trusting people.

Phew, long review. Do I get an award for it? So how is my interpretion? From the scale of 1 to 10, with 1 wrong and 10 right, how right am I? Tell me in school please. I wanna know how well I can interpret poems. It will really give me a boost of confidence in my Lit class.
