Tool isn't that good. I can name five or six better bands without thinking:

Avenged Sevenfold, Orgy, Breaking Benjamin, AFI, Crossfade, Disturbed, Metallica, Thousand Foot Krutch...

The fact that you actually consider this a good thing is why I will never understand Tool or Tool fans.
