abuseHi, firstly, i just wanted to thank you for all of your reviews. They've actually made me come back to FP.com. I had writers block for ages. Thank you. Now for the poem, I really enjoyed reading it :), the words just flow. The shortness of each line adds extra emphasis and power to everything said. Nice work.

abuseI really like the end of this poem...to be exact "What am I today..who am I tomorrow." Great piece. You're awsome at capturing these kind of thoughts and expressing them so beautifully, awsome job.--Meg.

abuseAnother nice poem! I think we all feel like that sometimes. I mean, most of us are still young, so the future is still ours. But yes, it is puzzling what will become of our lives, and your poem is another reminder of that...life is such a mystery...I particuarly like the line 'Wings without destination'. I feel many can relate to it, because they don't know what they want exactly in life yet or what their purpose is, but enough of my rambling, loved the poem! :)

abuseWhat is life? You ask this like a weeping girl upon a wind sweeped precipice. All so much drama, but seemingly no substance. This ability to except change is a much needed thing in every person's life. This comes hard, so GD hard that it seems we cannot stand to look or give ourselves to something new for fear that it will change us and drag us away from all that we know. The words, "who I was/ I am no more," are more of a self analysis than I could even hope to give you.I don't like the overall theme because deep down, I believe we all know who we are; however this changes from day to day, or year to year. We remain the same like a good painter or lover or man, this is like a base that we build off of ; you are this, but you are also this, this, and that. Seeing them all at once isn't possible because life isn't constructed this way.I don't know if this makes any sense, but I felt compelled to try.

Best,S.I.M.
