You should definitely add on to this. But it was pretty cool! I think you were devulging on information that wasn't important though. The whole math thing, I was thinking 'who cares?'So see if you can take that information and change it into something that is useful for your small story. I loved it. That reminded me of this assignment we were given in english class. We had to write a page basically as stream of conscious thought. It started with us talking about the assignment and just branched out.

Excellent job tying the fantasy with many common issues. Also loved the quirky details in the fantasy too, the shaven leg was golden.
