Gagging Angel 2005-11-20 . chapter 2There is an excellent use of quotations...rarely do I see them work so well with the flow of the story. Quite chilling. |
 Larentia 2005-09-18 . chapter 2Oh, how interesting.
I'm currently reading the Illiad for school. |
ronshaberry 2005-09-15 . chapter 2That's also very interesting. Good writing, though I can't say I'm comfortable with it... *laughs* That somewhat makes me a hypocrite, does it not?Ah well, it had some very thought-provoking statements... Nice. |
ronshaberry 2005-09-14 . chapter 1Oh, that's interesting. I like the description about his eyes. Good perspective. Yeah.
Um, in response to your review, I'd like to thank you for reviewing, and eh...Sorry, but I can't tell if you're serious or not. If you are, thank you for that interesting tidbit. I guess people have different viewpoints on some things...
Alas, my resources did not reveal the cruelty of fairies to me, and so I was left in the dark. |
Gagging Angel 2005-09-03 . chapter 1This is a very interesting style, initially absorbing, and able to hold the reader throughout. Word structure is very strong and well applied. Rather nice really. I was surprised to find myself so pleasantly involved in a piece this short.
As to my last review: I was certainly not expecting such a strong reaction! My review was no where near as serious as you made it out to be. First of all, I did NOT say that anthropology arose from Christianity. What I meant was that Christians did actually play a role in the formation of organized anthropology. Second, you make it sound as if I'm a zealot. Just because I mention a Christian link to anthro does not mean that I'm trying to diss anything you said (I am in fact a rather scientific minded atheist). As for the me not knowing what anthro is: I've been anthropology and archaeology for several years in my own time. I am currently enrolled in a college course in anthropology. I did realize that your theories weren't completely serious. |
Larentia 2005-09-02 . chapter 1I thought it was really good in the describing sense, it really made me feel like I was "there."
One drawback was that I just didn't like how you portrayed God. |
