That's incredibly insightful- and so simple. Sometimes the simplest things are the most poignant. Human spirit, aptly captured. Good job.

I liked the 2nd the 3rd stanzas very much. Try to put in more rhythm in the next 5 lines, i like reading it aloud.

I hope you realize what an excellent writer you are. Seriously, I've felt this way for weeks about a guy and haven't been able to express how I feel, but your words describe it exactly. Teenage years are a difficult time filled with confusion, love, and friendship. All I know is that we need to stay strong in our friendships and the other two will be taken care of. Yeah not to good at giving advice, but I hope it was at least a little helpful. Anyway, I don't know who this girl is but if you love her, ask her. You may be afraid, but sometimes we just have to work through our fears. Like I said, not too good at advice but again hope it helps some.

Wow. I know the feeling. *stop laughing!* This is really good, I really like it. Really powerful. God, sometimes I wish I could write half as well as you can...the other half I wish I could write. :) Lol. But really, You're an awesome writer. I really do love this one.
