Britani- Friend of the Bears 2006-06-26 . chapter 1I love this, Your poetry, in the wierdest of ways makes me feel better. I must read more! |
The Temptation Of Amadeo 2006-06-09 . chapter 1this was passion. heated romance. and most of your work is very romantic. I liked it very much. |
Complications 2005-10-07 . chapter 1it's very interesting and I like what you are saying and how you say it. kindda sad. I like the last stanza most... |
Mysterious Bloodbath 2005-10-01 . chapter 1Good work. The Saddam Hussein reference was different, but good in my eyes. It worked with it I thought. |
eighteen hundred 2005-09-19 . chapter 1I liked this piece a lot. The way you set everything up worked so well in putting your message across. The inclusion of Saddam Hussein worked well in stating your point, but it was sort of throwing in that it was this pretty modern reference in the middle of this kind of "age-old", for lack of a better phrase, piece. But its not a terrible hang up really, so whatever you think reads best. Overall, a very good piece. |
Lovejoy 2005-09-13 . chapter 1This one left me contemplating and thinking through every word of every line. A deep poem with emotions leaking through the letters. Inspirational work here, particularly the final lines. Amazing! |
Lady Glass 2005-09-10 . chapter 1Hm, definitely one of your more not-so-sweet-but-still-about-undying-love poems. Actually, I think it's your first not-so-sweet-but-still-about-undying-love poems. Cool!
Anyway, this is very good. It's definitely written well, like all your poems, but the thing that I really liked was the "Love? Oh it should be so much more than this"
It's like a desire to have a feeling so beyond love, like a love that you can almost not bear. Of course I've never felt that (tee-hee, I'm only fourteen) but nevertheless, I can imagine...(I'm a hopeless romantic...one of the reasons your poems always make me feel warm and fuzzy inside, lol)
But I loved it, great job again and as usual!
Much Love,

Twilit Exaggerance 2005-09-10 . chapter 1The inclusion of Saddam Hussein does not strike me as appropriate, and spoils the poem for me. Otherwise, a very good poem, especially the latter stanza. Well wrote |
Loves-Thorn 2005-09-09 . chapter 1Wow you really have a powerful way with words. Beautiful poetry. I love it.
Well done and also thank you for your review of my work. |
tranCendenZ 2005-09-09 . chapter 1I really liked what you had going (and even though I've done it before and shouldn't have) there were a bit too many cliche lines used for my taste.
You have an idea written so well that I think you can do with out them.
Also, the Saddam Hussein thing kind of threw me off, but I may be missing where this poem is coming from (i.e. as told by someone from the Middle East) so I will just ignore it.
Needs some revision, but a very very creative poem. |
