Either way, it was a good read, if not a bit of a cliff hanger, which is good consdering that you could pick it up if you wanted. A review where people actually STILL take the time to say that they enjoyed it is better than nothing at all - be thankful.

I particularly like how Max is so kind but you know he has an ulterior motive. I am always a big fan of your characters' interaction, but especially in this because there is no big 'omg we are misunderstanding!' and there doesn't need to be cos the plot just... goes. Also, I like how you utilise the red-of-face bits.
