If he (bully) doesn't stop, tell the principal. Don't waste time going through teachers or other staff members, go straight to him/her. Tell him/her you want to see the punishment directly to make sure the bully doesn't just get off with just a warning. If they ask some sh1t like 'did you provoke him' or something like that, tell them they're just denying the truth of what you've already said and trying to take the easy way out (that's what I'd do, at least). As for the voices, you should see a psychiatrist (I think that's the right term). Tell your parents, get an appointment. When you see the psychiatrist, just remember, he/she isn't going to judge you on anything.
