lmao. Sorry, couln't resist. Paige's change of heart seems shallow to me. Someone like that wouldn't change over night, so I suspect she'll revert back to her old ways. Trinelle, too. He just seems jealous that he wasn't chosen, and that Paige was.

India's comment made me laugh. “Oh please, that boy’s as straight as the grass is green. He’ll divorce her when he sees a hot enough guy for him. You better be careful, Arturo.” hahahaha homosexual humour makes me laugh (no, I'm not a homophobe if that's what you're thinking.

So David is another chosen one? Interesting. Can't wait for more on that.

Paige and Trinelle deserve each other. I'm a bit disgusted with Arturo for worrying so much about Paige. I don't understand why. She's a dumb **. And the fact that she's one of the chosen ones kind of rots because I'll be seeing more of her lol. No, that was NOT a rude comment about your story.

And did I detect a little spark from India towards Arturo? lol. I'm interested where that will lead.

I find myself liking Taji more and more. His "no one cares" comment had me giggling. Not pretty, but true and somebody had to put it into perspective for Paige. Of course, her accepting it is a completely different matter.

Overall, good set up chapter. I can tell more will be happening. On to the next chappy!

'The shrine quickly “lights up” when the foursome enters.' Why I pictured an orgy when I read that, I still can't figure out. lol.

I must say, I laughed when Trinelle flicked the penny into the fountain. Also, Trinelle's reply to Arturo in regard to the gun ("Uh, the trigger?") Had me cracking up. Trinelle just makes me laugh, his character is a bit of a joke to me (in a good way, I swear!).

Hm more comedy... "Now take off your clothes." lmao. Of course, me finding that comical makes me sound like a 3 year old. Yes, I quite like India James. Sensable yet funny. Good combo.

On to Paige, I don't really care that she's marrying Trinelle. She's a constipated little **, anyway. So much, in fact, her name might as well be Tiffany (long story). I just hope Arturo isn't upset over this because Paige isn't worth the grief.

Fictionpress wouldnt let me review this last time... technically the last TWO times, but here goes a third shot. Interesting twist, liked it. Still liking Arturo, and as always I don't like Paige. 'nuff said. I like Aylica much better now that you've revealed her more and the story is making sense. Her sexual humor somewhat reminds me of... well, me, to put it quite bluntly. Trinelle makes me laugh, egotistic characters are funny. And Taji seems okay so far. On to the next chappy!

For some reason, I thought you said 'who's eating that crystal' instead of get...O.o Which was just a little strange. Power, power, and more power. India sounds like a little ditzy evil person. =P And Paige? Well, we'll see.

I tried to review this before but fictionpress was being an arse (haha... arse). So anyway, I think that Paige is just a disgusting human being. Arturo is fine so far. Steven is awsome, I adore his sarcasm and I'm praying he won't just be gone. Christy is also to my liking. And I almost feel sorry for Dave, having not just to put up with Paige, but also to LIVE with her! *pats Dave on the back* I don't entirely believe that Arturo and Paige are the only ones left. I suspect Allison will have "miraculously" *cough* survived. Great work. Oh, and I'm curious about that creeper. I wonder if he has a connection to Allison or if there's another plot line unfolding here.

This seems to be an interesting plot line you have cooking here.. I wouldn't kill off Paige but maybe, make he a little less bratty? She's like the annoying younger sister I always have been =3 And, if you ever get a break from writing all these great stories might you be able to review one of mine? I recently posted The Journal and I've gotten like...1 review, I wanna know if it's even worth continuing or not. Uhm, but yeah back to your story, I think it's great and you totally have to continue it.

Okay, well since this was a first installment, I won't bother mentioning the storyline (since it's all set-up, of course, and getting introduced to characters). But I will give my character analysis. DAVID- no real opinion yet. seems to be generally the nice guy that doesn't want an argument. STEVE- no real opinion. PAIGE- annoying teenybopper that makes me already want to tear out my hair *looks at strands of red hair in hands* oops, too late :P CHRISTY- not too much opinion, but so far there's nothing about this chick that doesn't scream "cool". ARTURO- Nice guy. just an average Jo trying to make a living and get by in life. My fav so far (but then again, he's been the most developed as of yet). ALLISON- creepy, obsessive, yet intruiging... I almost question if se's human (lol).

Well, that's my 2 cents worth. If it's even worth that much. :P Off to the next chapter! Ba-zing!
