2nd chapter was well written and fun to read. But if you were going to write for the long term more than 2 chaps) you need more of a plot, a good story arch and what not.

Okay, this story sounds a bit too much like Full Metal Panic. With Saiya being protected and such. You might consider changing it a bit because its a lot like the show so far. Well, that's just my prespective and it might end up being different...
