' is this the girl you wanted to have a threesome with' I was cracking up for like five minutess... good chapter..i loved Tess's reaction to ray's elitist family. I'm glad that she said (in her mind) that she would never become like them, because honestly some of the time I think that she surrounds herself with rich people to forget that she's poor. Sometimes I feel like she wants to be like them. But in this chapter and some of chapters before I can see that she doesn't care if she becomes ultra-rich or middle class, she just wants to be somewhere and become somebody. I think I understand that now. Also, I do wonder if Cam's family or Cam thinks of her like that. Even though shes smart and a good person they're still predjuiced. This chapter was really crucial in all aspects of the story. This is the chapter where Tessa will start to look at Cam and other people differently. Also when Tessa stormed out of the house, I don't really think she was mad at her mother for being weak and not sticking up for herself I think it was more that both her mother and Tessandra have come so far from what they used to be, they improved by miles and for the Callaways to say something like that made her think that no matter how much she changes or how rich she becomes, the 'elitist'(including Cam's family)people will always see her family as how they once were(i.e. white trash). You get what I'm trying to say? Anyways this was a very good chapter, one of your best I think. Just read it over one more time to fix all the gramatical errors and it'll be golden. I hope to read another one of your brilliant chapters soon.
sara 2008-08-18 ch 21, anon.	abuseAdonis and his threesomes...Ek I feel disgusted for Tessa. That's really horrifying, I'm horrified for Tessa. I can't wait to see what she'll say to the girl. I'm guessing Adonis is pretty much amused, I can't wait to see his reaction too. haha. A little bit of light humor for this chapter but otherwise-drama-drama-drama. I hate Emily so much. I wish Tessandra bitch-slapped her or something. And I can't believe her mom just stood there and took her comments. If someone said that about my mother reguardless of whether I like her or not, they definately would not be able to walk right now. Lol, only family can insult family. I wonder how Tessa will end up venting her anger...Anyways I'm really glad Ray stuck up for his family. He definately gained brownie points with me. I thought it was really sweet when he told Tess that she didn't have to worry anymore, that he would take care of them. It was the sweetest thing I've heard in a long time. I really hope she starts getting along better with him now. It's good that Tessa finally realized that this marriage with her mother and Ray is genuine. Ahh finally some drama from Tessandra, her issues not anyone elses. You know, it's almost like shes always worried about everyone elses problems except for her own. Besides Cameron and Riley it seems like nobody really wants to talk about her problems, like really talk. Not just the push and prod and then change the subject after a few moments. In a way shes kind of a loner...lol. Anyways I hope Kane isn't going to be put to sleep. I will literally cry. I'm a big softy when it comes to animals. Anyways I want some more T/A action. I know its all in these next few chapters lol. I'm waiting with baited breath to her Adonis' reply. haha. -sara p.s. Ok if Adonis doesn't trust Tess but he let her drive his car, that must of meant that he was doing her a favor, right? Because, he owes her. That has to be the reason... Gr, how much longer until romance between them starts? Or at least how much longer until they start getting a bit flirty around each other? I feel like its coming in the next few chapters, and I've been waiting since the beginning of the story lol so I'm kinda antsy. Bring on sexy time with Adonis and Tess. lol. Anyways update soon!

I'm waiting on baited breath to see if Adonis will say yes and in a moment of misguidance if Tess will go for it. I absolutely loved this chapter! I think the fact that Adonis and Tess are trying to get their shit together says that their maturing. I love this laid back Adonis. I've said it once and i say it again, this side of banter between Tess and Adonis i find is just some kind of strange-psychological-damage-foreplay, and i find it so hot! What is up with that these rich families meeting the poor relations. They need to get slapped (Cameron's sister and Ray's whole family). But wait-- since that guy from rays family did a background check does that mean he knows about Tess's promiscuous past? Hmm...i really wonder if that is how Cameron sees Tess sometimes. "trash trying rise above her “station” by hooking up with upper crust of society." Like when he found out that she slept with Adonis, did he think that she was reverting back to the way she used to be before he came along and she vouched to never screw another guy until he was ready for her? Well, love the story! Great dialogue as always. One small request: if you would be so kind to make the chapter a little bit longer. A week is a long time when one's waiting! lol... Keep up the good work! UPDATE SOON!

Camelia Sinensis 2008-08-15 ch 21,	abuseWow. This is really impressive. Adonis is a hell of a characetr although I have the impression the chemistry between Tess and him is fading. Which can't(CAN'T!) happen: they're so damn sexy together. Lol. Anyways, I can't wait to read more, the psychiatrist seems to be a good new character, too. I thought the other episode was a bit over the top, when talking about her wolf-dog. But apart from that i have no complaints, apart from: post soon & more action between Adonis and Tess.

Anyway, at least the thing I was really worried about--Kane attacking a family member--didn't happen. Speaking of which, is it possible that Kane has some kind of illness?
Pearly Shells 2008-08-14 ch 21,	abuseThis is my favorite story on fictionpress! I find Tess to be a finely crafted multifaceted character, that you can relate to. I think you've done a great job of portraying of how Adonis deals with Bipolar Disorder. I was a bit surprised when Cam didn't get as angry at Tess for sleeping with Adonis, but I guess that reared its ugly head later. A part of me wants Tess to be with Adonis, but when I looked at your poll and saw that you had Riley on there too, I thought about him as well. He's one of my favorite characters! :) Another great chapter as well! I can't wait for your next update!

A lot of the stuff on FictionPress & Fanfiction is pretty weird about new york--there's something much more realistic about your story. I also appreciate that you refrain from making everyone wealthy seem like a total bitch/whore, another common and unattractive cliche. Besides that, your actual writing is very, very good. I don't know if you're from NYC or if you have a house in the hamptons, but if you don't feel free to ask me questions, because I have both. xoxo Carrie

I think Tess should ditch Cam and go for Adonis, he's a pain in the ass and I'd quite happily kick him in the shines at the moment, but I think he just needs someone like Tess to keep him on the straight and narrow - all girls love a good bad boy!
