Hey! That was really well written. I really enjoyed reading it; it was as though it was something one of the Undead might actually think. I just finished reading Dracula, and this piece really made me think of him. And the title is perfect (perfect, dahling). Good going!

The beginning belies the rest of the story, I'm afraid, it has the strangest tinge of astronomy and science words to make metaphors that get completely lost in the prose. It felt a lot like paradigm shifting without the clutch.

However, I was already reading rapt by the time it shifted into emotional second gear, and I didn't stop reading until the very end.

Very creepy: an eerie and intimate design of one embittered, immortal jackanapes.

At the end I can see teeth shining with hunger, eyes gleaming with hate, and that blade reflected in terrified eyes.
