Lady Glass 9/23/05 . chapter 1I don't know if this was the intended picture, but I have this great image in my head of a boy clutching a suitcase in one hand, thirty bucks in the other, heading onto this old dusty bus, only it's all 1950's style. It's great, I love that image. I don't really care if that was the intended picture, because it's too cute to let go of! Great poem, I quite enjoyed it. Made me feel kind of warm and fuzzy inside. I don't know why, though. It's weird... Much love, Lady Glass |
Chandra-Moon 9/23/05 . chapter 1Some of the lines were very nice and had great imagery...some of them were a bit cliche (gonna spread my wings, and a few other lines...kinda reminded me of the "we're moving on up" theme from the jefferesons.) But a nice poem, overall. Keep writing. |
