Wow good job writing this, i cant imagine how hard it was to post. I can't believe anyone could survive AND stay conscious after taking 49 pills. I guess that shows how strong you are right? I could tell you things will get better and theres always other people, though I don't really believe that myself so I wont. You are a very talented writer though, and it really would be a shame if you died.
