Definitely conveys emotions.

the title really makes this poem. i like the way the first line reads, it sounds like crying. the words of the poem seem to mimic the way tears fall and fade away. the last line leaves you dry, with an empty sadness.

Can visulize the pools of the eyes flooding... So few words and so great the "picture" you have conveyed.
