Good drinking song. I have a weakness for them, but I must say this one captured the spirit admirably, even with gods I now nothing about. Good rhyming, good rhythm. I'd really love to hear how it's sung, though.

Wow. This poem was really enjoyable. I especially liked when, in one part, there was the whole thing of death and despair. On the other hand, the dance of lust and joy.

Hey, I like this...I always wanted to pull off a sort of bar-ballad, but I haven't managed to do it yet. I think it takes a certain tone that's hard to balance between serious and happy. I think you did it well, though, and nice rhyming. :) Sounds like a cool world, maybe I'll check out the story sometime when college gives me a free hour. ^_^()
